The service life of wooden houses, which are implemented in compliance with all rules for construction of this type of construction exceeds 100 years. Modern wooden buildings in Bulgaria are an improved version of the old Revival houses. There they also used wood as a load-bearing structure. In Bulgaria, the warranty periods for individual construction and installation works (construction and installation works) are regulated by law.
