After a meeting with representatives of the REECL program, ECOZID got an assurance that its buildings meet the requirements of the grant program.

The REECL program offers credits for financing energy-saving events in your new home. In order to stimulate the implementation of energy-saving activities at home, an additional 10% grant is provided for the implementation of eligible projects in houses with one or two independent dwellings and 20% for projects in multi-family residential buildings with over three separate dwellings. Funds are provided after the installation works are completed and  their performance is verified by an independent consultant. The grant is awarded by the International Fund Kozlodui (IFK), which was founded in 2000 with funds from the European Commission, EU member countries and Switzerland.
